There are a lot of instruments in the market today. Some good; some bad .I have seen many aspiring young artist struggle with learning simply because the instrument ; expensive or inexpensive ,has a bad setup .You wouldn't want to play baseball with a mitt that was to small or golf with clubs that were to short .You wouldn't want to stand on the back of your hands just to hold a G chord either .You don't have to .
In 2004 I decided to take guitar repair to the next level .I enrolled myself at The Summit School of Guitar Building and Repair .I studied acoustic guitar construction with master builder:" Sigmon Johannessen" .I was also schooled in the trade of guitar repair with "Mike Jarvis ".I worked for the Santa Cruz Guitar Co. in the finish department directly out of school ; from there , I went straight to "Fine Fretted Friends" in Livermore .I have had the privilege to work on some the rarest , oldest and extravagant guitars, basses, double basses ,and violins in the East Bay and surrounding area .I am familiar with almost every brand and style of guitar and bass company in existence, whether it be vintage or fresh of the rack .
My company is based on the belief that my "customers needs" are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
I have built up a large clientele of loyal customers from Sacramento to Fresno and from Oakdale to Oakland .I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
